CISO as a Service
The CISO is now an indispensable role, but this role is not secured at every organisation. With PQR's CISO as a Service, you are efficiently assured of this and the CISO role is in the hands of an expert.
Security of the IT environment and information has become increasingly important in recent years due to increasing digitalisation and rise in security threats. The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) has a central and indispensable role in an organisation, ensuring alignment, assurance and development with regard to IT security, governance and compliance. Not every organisation has sufficient resources and operations to hire its own CISO. PQR's CISO as a Service is there for those organisations, providing the CISO expertise and deployment, without the costs and liabilities of an in-house CISO.
What is CISO as a Service?
With CISO as a Service, you have a permanent and experienced CISO who is present at your location or virtually at fixed times. PQR's CISO is technically, organisationally and strategically capable of bringing and keeping IT security, governance and compliance to a higher level.
Work CISO as a Service
Review of information and IT security policies
The CISO evaluates and updates the security strategy and risk analysis, identifies vulnerable information, core processes, risk elements, and assesses the effectiveness of current measures. In doing so, relevant laws and regulations are taken into account.
Compliance and monitoring of security measures
The implementation and enforcement of security measures and procedures is monitored by the CISO. This also includes checking patches and updates and monitoring security incidents.
Security Awareness
The CISO monitors employees' awareness of security. If necessary, additional training is offered to strengthen the culture of security and compliance and increase knowledge.
Strategic Advisor
As an advisor to management and the board, the CISO provides insight into current threats and security levels, and advises on new relevant security measures and technologies.
External Cooperation
The CISO coordinates with external parties, such as suppliers, to ensure chain security and meet the organisation's security requirements.
